Although when I called for an appointment it said I was over 30 in the queue, I wasn't waiting that long. The receptionist who took the call was friendly, helpful, took details about my daughter and booked an appointment for my daughter later that day. The phone call with the receptionist was less than 5 minutes. The doctor saw us on time, was friendly and listened to my 11 year old. She also gave her the choice of tablet or syrup medication and the choice of pharmacy. I must say this is a very efficient, friendly, warm and professional medical practice. Thank you to you all.

Nothing. The receptionists can only deal with one call at a time and the waiting time wasn't long, which is a testiment to how hard and effcient they work to help everyone who calls in.

I arrived for my appointment at 8:30am to be told it was cancelled. Only one receptionist offered to help by booking my blood test with the other nurse rather than have to return a week later.

No doctors available all day. They said they had no doctors working.

After being told at 8,16am you are in a queue number 28. It took a letter and photos to obtain an appointment. It’s stupid that by this time all appointments are full. It’s not always best having a phone call or told to either call 111 or use A&E which is for emergency. This us one problem people using A&E .

Being able to get appointments not that you’re in a queue at 8.15 to be told no appointments, not everyone is a time waster.
